Confidentiality

  • Confidentiality and discretion are at the cornerstone of, and are entwined into, the very nature of genuine executive search

 

  • We recognise that what we are likely to communicate and discuss between both parties is highly sensitive; we treat every conversation with full discretion, and only with your specific permission and on a need to know basis, do we disclose the detail and nature of exchanges, or the information sent to us

 

  • An executive search firm acting discreetly is fundamental to its effectiveness and reputation; we act on the basis of confidentially, not just because the law mandates us to, but also because we believe it is ethical and in our commercial interests to do so

 

  • We are a registered Data Controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office, committed to the confidential, lawful, private and secure processing of information; your information is protected, stored securely and accessible only through authorised access

 

  • We are transparent with you about the information that we hold; we acquire it from you directly, and from third parties and research too

 

  • Any information retained is for the purposes of maximising insight, to enhance any decisions or judgements made, ensuring we are able to aid you in overcoming your challenges or reaching your objectives

  • Unless stated otherwise we process information on the lawful basis of ‘Legitimate Interest’, and at times we may also revert to the lawful bases of ‘Consent’, ‘Contract’ or ‘Legal Obligation’

 

  • We retain data for periods ranging from three years to six years, depending on the nature of the data – more detailed information about this can be found in the Full Privacy Notice
